The University of Colorado Boulder has made it possible for you to charge your textbooks, school supplies, and technology accessories from the CU Book Store directly to your student tuition and fee bill.

Easy - Just present your textbooks, school supplies, and technology accessories with your Buff OneCard to the cashier, or shop online and choose “CU Student and Tuition Fee Bill” as your payment method during checkout.

Smart -Interest free*

Simple - $1,500 limit (per semester). Including CU Book Access charge if applicable. $1000 limit for Continuing Education students, textbooks only

Who Qualifies & How?

Anyone currently registered for classes as a full time or part time student at CU Boulder is automatically eligible.

Limits, But No Fees? All eligible students will be limited to purchases of $1,500 per semester, at the CU Book Store. ($1000 limit for Continuing Education students, textbooks only.)

*Charges will appear on your student tuition and fee bill. As long as your balance is paid by the due date, additional fees won’t be assessed.

Too Easy to Believe? Just present your textbooks, school supplies, and technology accessories with your Buff OneCard to the cashier, or shop online and choose “CU Student and Tuition Fee Bill” as your payment method during checkout. That's it!

Need to Return Something? All refunds for charges made under this program will be credited to the student tuition and fee bill as per the standard CU Book Store return policy.


Terms and Conditions

All CU Book Store charges made under this program fall under the student tuition and fee bill terms and conditions.

Bills:

All charges will appear on the Student Tuition and Fee Bill. Delinquent payments (or financial stops) will prohibit eligibility.

Student ID Card:

All students will be required to present their University of Colorado Boulder Buff OneCard. The CU Book Store reserves the right to refuse purchases on this program and will verify eligibility at the time of purchase.

Signature:

All students will be required to sign for their purchase, acknowledging receipt of the merchandise.

Payments:

Refer to the student tuition and fee bill for payment instructions. Financial Aid may be applied to store purchases if applicable (in some cases prior authorization may be required). For questions or disputes, please contact the Bursar's office at 303-492-5381.

Cancellation or Withdrawal (Change in Student Status):

Any student who discontinues enrollment after charges have been made at the CU Book Store is still liable for the charge.

Financial Stops/Record Holds:

Any financial stops placed on a student tuition and fee bill by the university will prevent the student from making purchases at the CU Book Store. A hold will be placed on a student tuition and fee bill if payment is not received by the due date. A student may be prevented from registering for classes for the following semester or from obtaining a transcript and/or diploma if the student tuition and fee bill is unpaid.

Late Fee:

Late fees will be applied in accordance with the University’s policy.
